Pilates increases overall muscle strength (promoting longer/leaner muscle), flexibility, mobility, range of motion, bone density, coordination, mind-body awareness, cognitive function, and energy levels. Pilates can also help with pain management, stress reduction & reduces your risk to injury.
We love Pilates for all of its many benefits and versatility. It is extremely adaptable and literally for everyBODY regardless of age, gender, shape/size, fitness level (couch potato, moderately active, or professional athlete) experience level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced), individuals suffering from pain or recovery from injuries, pre-natal- postpartum………We welcome you as you are, then help to get you where you want to be. That said, like any other practice, skill, or art form, Pilates requires consistency to reap the benefits it provided. What We Offer
We offer a diverse range of small group classes as well as private and semi private sessions all customized for varies fitness levels. There will never be more than 6 people in any group class, allowing for a more personalized experience with expert guidance and instruction.
